John Sais

El Dorado Community School, located off Highway 285 in the semi-rural community of El Dorado, is part of the LANL Foundation’s Inquiry Science Education Consortium dedicated to increasing equity and access to quality STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education for students in grades K–6 throughout Northern New Mexico.

The school’s many enriching activities include PTA After-School Enrichment Programs, middle school sports, SWAT (Students Working to Advance Technology), Hearts and Hands Club, yearbook and the Student Council.

Roxanne Starr-Trujillo

All El Dorado’s K-5 students participate in art, music and physical education. Middle school students select from a wide range of offerings, including band, orchestra, choir, physical education and visual arts.
